Please read our refund policy carefully:

• If an order is cancelled by the server, funds will be automatically refunded to your ProFame wallet.
• No refunds will be made to your payment method (Bank/UPI). After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it.
• If you file a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
